A NIGHT WITH: TONY NIVA (NIVA)

NIVA ARE GOING TO RELEASE THEIR BRAND NEW ALBUM INCREMENTAL IV JUST A YEAR AFTER THE RELEASE OF THE PREVIOUS AND GREAT MAGNITUDE, HERE I AM TALKING WITH TONY NIVA TO KNOW MUCH BETTER THEIR NEW WORK AND ABOUT THEIR UPCOMING FUTURE PROJECTS

Hi Tony and welcome on The Bible of Metal! It is a real pleasure to me have you here! It has past just a year since your latest album Magnitude, I guess it was a year full of inspirations, isn't it? 
Thank you for having me. Yes, Magnitude response from the public eye has really filled us with fuel definitely. Think that this is also why we come up with the follower so soon even though writing songs is an ongoing process for us.

When have you started working on this new chapter? 
It actually started of right after the release of Magnitude. New song ideas is growing within us so there is no time to slow down the process.

From what I heard, this brand new Incremental IV seems to be more direct to the listener, especially in it's first half ...
Don't know whether its more direct or not, we' ve put together, in our opinion the best songs from our collection for this album.

Is Magnitude a reference to your previous album? What does it talks about? 
I just had an idea of using that title since it s very well suited this new song idea that I had. Using a title from a previous album for a song title is nothing new. The song is basically about that there are so many heroes in the world that deserves more attention and recognition.

Could you tell us more about Travel Back in Time? 
The song is about things you've done in the past, that you now wish to be undone. The song is built from scratch using a chord progression on the keyboard and it worked excellently for the mood of this song. 

Is there a song on Incremental IV that you loved? 
I love all of them maybe because of the fact that everyone of the songwriters (that is me, Roger and Marcus) has been involved on every song for this brand new album Incremental IV .

Have you already some ideas for your next chapter? 
Song ideas is still popping up so  we're going to save these songs for later use. We' ll be taking a longer break now and maybe we' ll be back with a follower to Incremental IV in 2016. It seems like maybe the public eye wasn't prepared for having a new NIVA album so soon.
