Phantasma: the new symphonic rock project formed by Charlotte Wessel (Delain), Georg Nehauser (Serenity) and Oliver Philips, recently signed a brand new deal with Napalm Records for the release of their upcoming new album The Deviant Hearts (teaser below), that will be released on Nov. 20th.
