HERO OF TODAY: DANIEL (AERODYNE)

How was born the Aerodyne project? Where does your moniker come from?
Well, it all started with the four of us just being friends. We had played in different bands during the years, but all of us wanted a fresh start with a new band. So we decided to go for it! The name was something we just came up with. I had a list of different suggestions, and I spilled out ”Aerodynamic”. Then Johan replied something like: ”How about Aerodyne?”. And that’s it!

What was the first song you wrote?
Probably ”Old Flames Die Hard” from our EP.

What inspired you the most for your debut album Breaking Free? How would you describe it?
So, the next step after releasing our EP, was kind of obvious - to record a full-length album. We started writing ”Breaking Free” as soon as the EP was sent into mixing. 
IOW, we actually were writing our debut album even before ”Aerodyne” was an official band. 
We were inspired to actually do something that feels right for all of us included. 
It turned out to be a straight forward, melodic rock n’ roll album with tons of attitude!

Can you tell us something more about the first single Comin' for You? 
Comin’ For You is a groovy mid-tempo rock song. It tells the importance of going all the way to get everything your way!

Do you have some tour dates set yet? Will we see you on stage in Italy? :)
It’s still in the working progress. But we can guarantee you we will bring chaos and disaster to Italy sooner than you’ll expect!
